Wanting to open an account with Hughes Leisure and make the most of our Corporate Rates?

To start making bookings with Hughes Leisure, simply complete an Account Application Form and we will respond with your new account details and online portal credentials within 72 hours. It’s that easy!

Ongoing Monthly Invoiced Account

If you would like to be invoiced each month for your travel, fill in this form:

  • What are my payment terms?

    Jobs are invoiced monthly, post-job completion. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

  • Do I receive set rates?

    Yes. Upon completion of an Account Application Form, you will receive a full scheduled of NETT rates for all Australian ports.

  • What is the latest I can book?

    Bookings can be made online up until 24 hours prior to bookings. Bookings can be requested by phone for shorter time frames.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation charges will apply when:

    • Cancellations are made with less than 1 hours’ notice prior to the dispatch of the vehicle for Sedans, SUV’s or People Mover bookings within the metropolitan area (excluding Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Launceston & New Zealand).
    • Cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice in Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Launceston & New Zealand for any Sedan, SUV or People Mover bookings.
    • Cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice for vans, buses or coaches (8 seats and above).
    • Cancellations for any vehicle type are made with less than 48 hours’ notice for Canberra bookings during Parliament sitting.
    • Any Stretch Limousine booking is cancelled, at any time regardless of notice, after being confirmed; or
    • Bookings where the passengers fail to arrive or make contact with the chauffeur or the local R&F P/L Customer Service Centre.
      Please note: A Special Cancellation Policy applies for Weddings and Events.
